i charge a flat rate with additional fees based on backgrounds, large adjustments past the sketching phase, overall piece complexity, and rush
the usual "2x the characters = 2x the price" rule

| all sales are final! a refund can be issued if after paying up front, i have not communicated within 30 days |
| at least half of payment is required up front. afterwards i'll send a sketch or series of sketches within a few days |
| it is very much preferred that adjustments be requested during sketching. depending on the size of the adjustment after this point, an additional fee may be added. colors and shading are usually exempt from this fee! |
